I selected delicious meals from my grandma's original recipes. I want you to discover some unique ideas to set up dinner, lunch and breakfast meals that are healthful, happy and beautiful.
I believe that a healthy diet should include a good variety of nutritious foods. These include bread, fruits and vegetables.
It's all you! After Mama Wafa discusses the recipes and demonstrates a few key points, you'll take the reins of the class and cook the entire Course menu by yourselves!
You may choose any of the 4 sessions on any days.You will learn and cook at the same time with Mama Wafa a delicious Mediterranean meals and you will create your own diet for your health.
After you prepare your food, you arrange it artistically on the plate with full appreciation of Flavor, Texture, and The pleasure of eating.
